Hi, I'm
Drew
I spent years trying to become the kind of leader I thought the room would respect.
More prepared, more assertive, more composed, more impossible to question. It worked. Until it didn't.
Now I help women leaders stop performing their way through leadership and start leading from self-trust.
My Story
Who I Was
What Broke
The weight of it broke me. I could give direction and be ignored, then watch the same instruction followed instantly coming from a man. When I tried to become more assertive instead, I was told I didn't care about anyone but myself. I couldn't win. Soften, and get overlooked. Push, and get punished. That double bind is the same one I help clients navigate now.
At 22, I stepped into my first leadership role, confident and ready, or so I thought. By 24, I was a general manager leading a team of 100, with no real preparation and no mentorship. I was burning out and didn't even have the language for it yet. I knew something was wrong, and I assumed it was me.
What Changed
The shift started with a layoff from Tesla, which I now consider one of the best things that ever happened to me. It forced me to stop and ask what I truly wanted. I then trained as a Jungian coach so I could work at the root, not just the surface. In that process, I found what I was actually meant for. Not a role I was performing, but a purpose that was mine. That's when everything else started to shift.
Why I Do This Now
I've lived this, not just studied it. I've experienced firsthand the impact of this work and it has changed the entire trajectory of my life. Now, I feel honored to accompany other women through that same process to create a life that is truly theirs.

My Mission
To build a future where women in leadership are the norm, not the exception, where the systems finally catch up, and where every woman doesn't have to fight to be heard while they do.
