Privacy Policy

Effective date: November 3, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Drew Turner Coaching collects through drewturnercoaching.com, why I collect it, who else sees it, and the choices you have. I am Drew Turner, a one-person coaching business based in Tacoma, Washington, and I run this website.

You can reach me anytime at drew@drewturnercoaching.com.

WHAT I COLLECT

What you give me. When you fill out a form on this site, I collect what you type into it:

Name and email address (email alone on the newsletter signup)

Phone number (optional on my contact and booking forms)

Your role or title, team size, and timeline (on the Workshop Fit Call form)

How you heard about me, and anything you choose to add in the open text boxes

Your name, email, and feedback if you register for a workshop or complete a workshop feedback form

Your email address if you subscribe to my newsletter or download the Promotion Blind Spot Kit

If you book, register, or pay through my site, I also receive booking details and payment confirmation. Payments are processed by Wix Payments, and I do not see your full card number. Active clients also answer check-in questions before sessions through a form on my site.

What my website collects automatically. When you visit, my website and the tools described below collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how long you stay, how you scroll and click, and the page that sent you here.

What I ask you not to send. Please do not put medical, mental health, or other sensitive health details into my website forms or email. I do not need them to respond to you.

WHY I USE YOUR INFORMATION

To reply to your questions and set up a Leadership Reset Session or Workshop Fit Call

To deliver coaching, workshops, and the resources you ask for

To send my newsletter, workshop updates, and follow-up emails, only if you signed up or asked for them

To invoice you and keep business records

To understand how people use my site so I can improve it

To measure and run my own advertising on Facebook and Instagram

To meet legal and tax obligations

I do not sell your personal information for money.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

I use these services to run my business. Each one handles your information under its own privacy policy.

Wix: Hosts this website and runs my forms, bookings, workshop registration, email marketing, and invoices. It may see everything you submit on the site and your visit data. Wix stores data in the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan, Israel, and other places it operates.

Microsoft 365: My email and calendar. It may see emails and meeting details between us.

QuickBooks: Invoicing and bookkeeping. It may see your name, email, and what you were invoiced for.

Zoom: Hosts coaching sessions and virtual workshops. It may see your name, email, video, audio, and chat. I record or transcribe a session only if you agree, and I ask during our first call.

Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): Measures my ads and helps me reach people who visited my site. It may see your visit activity and device information, tied to your Meta account if you have one.

Microsoft Clarity: Shows me how visitors scroll and click so I can fix confusing pages. It may see your clicks, scrolling, page views, and recordings of your visit.

Google Analytics: Summarizes site traffic. It may see your visit activity and device information.

I may also share information with my accountant or attorney when I need their advice, and with authorities when the law requires it. If I ever sell or transfer my business, your information may transfer with it.

When you click a link to LinkedIn, Instagram, Leland, or another site, that site's privacy policy applies, not this one.

COOKIES AND TRACKING

Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember you. My site uses two kinds:

Essential cookies, set by Wix, keep the site secure and working, such as remembering your session and protecting forms from fraud.

Analytics and advertising cookies, set by Meta, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics, tell me how people use the site and help me measure my ads.

Your choices. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics and advertising cookies. Meta and Clarity do not load until you accept. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can limit ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. Declining non-essential cookies will not stop you from using the site.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how sites should respond, so my site does not currently respond to those signals.

COACHING IS NOT THERAPY, AND WHAT STAYS CONFIDENTIAL

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and it does not replace them. I do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are struggling with your mental health, please reach out to a licensed professional. In the United States, you can call or text 988 anytime to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

What you tell me in coaching stays between us. I do not share it without your permission, with two exceptions: when the law requires me to, and when I believe someone is at risk of serious harm. Coaching conversations are not protected by the legal privilege that covers conversations with a therapist or an attorney, so a court could in some situations order me to disclose them. If an organization hires me for a workshop, I do not share anything about individual participants with them.

I share a testimonial only with the writer's permission.

HOW LONG I KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask me to delete your information

Website inquiries that do not become a client: 5 years

Client and invoicing records: 5 years

Website analytics: according to each tool's own retention settings

When the time is up, I delete the information or remove what identifies you.

YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS

Unsubscribe. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. I honor it promptly and always within 10 business days.

See, correct, or delete. Email me at drew@drewturnercoaching.com and ask to see the information I have about you, fix it, or delete it. I will reply within 30 days. I may need to confirm it is really you, and I may have to keep some records for tax or legal reasons.

Opt out of tracking. Use the cookie banner or your browser settings, as described above.

This site is run from the United States, and my services are offered to people in the United States. If you visit or sign up from another country, your information will be processed in the United States and the other places Wix operates.

HOW I PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

I rely on the security of the services listed above and limit access to me and the small number of people who help run my workshops. No website or online service is perfectly secure, so I cannot guarantee absolute security.

CHILDREN

My website and services are for adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

I will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. If a change is significant, I will also tell my email subscribers.
